I want to give this clinic my sincere appreciation for the kindness, understanding, and professionalism they showed me. Despite they couldn’t arrange an invoice for me they took the time to help, and even provided an X-ray free of charge when I was unable to pay upfront, they still did their best to guide me toward the clinic where I had previously received emergency dental care. What really stood out to me was that they treated me with understanding and respect instead of simply turning me away. When you’re dealing with a painful dental infection and already have a lot to worry about, being met with genuine kindness makes a tremendous difference. I’m very grateful that they were willing to help me, even when they couldn’t directly provide the solution I was looking for. Their willingness to make an effort and point me in the right direction deserves recognition. Thank you for your compassion, your time, and for treating me like a person rather than just another patient. I genuinely appreciate it and would happily recommend this clinic to others.
